Our Story

The Spirit of ROARR Travel

A passion of any kind is worth sharing, not only with the people you love around you but people
from all over the world! Our passion for India is something we want to share with you all.
We all travel the world in search of different flavours, views and cultures. In many ways we are a curious bunch.
We always want to learn more, experience more and sometimes go beyond our comfort zone.
ROARR’s passion for travel, people, culture and food is what we base all of our tours around.

Behind the scenes

With only two travellers working in our head office in London, you know we are all about personal service.
We explore with you every step of the way; from enquiring to being your companion on the tour.
How it all started? Conrad's adventurous mind wanted to explore India with his own classic car.
He shipped his car and drove the roads as a maharaja, from that moment ROARR was born.
Since 1999 he has organised many very unique and luxurious India adventures by classic car.
ROARR Travel is the new way of exploring India. We create incredible road journey highlighting the very best and unique sides of India with a local and personal touch.
We also “test” out our tours by preparing a recce.
We visit the hotels and people we work hand in hand with when on the road.
During a recce we come to know the true feeling of the tour and become well prepared before we take you on board. One thing is for sure, we love logos. Each tour has its own logo and here are a few of them starting with the very first one, The Jewel of India and our latest one The Grand Trunk Road.
